This week a man bit into more than he could chew amid the rice he was eating as part of his inflight meal. The object that caused him such a toothache? A human tooth.

Bradley Button, the passenger in question, admits to not feeling well for the remainder of the flight, which should have been an uneventful hop on the fifth freedom route between Melbourne, Australia and Wellington, New Zealand. I’d certainly be upset (and likely my stomach, too) finding a piece of someone else’s body in my food!

Singapore hasn’t offered much in terms of compensation for the incident, consisting of a measly $75 good toward duty-free items on Singapore Airlines flights. That’s pretty much just a kick in the teeth. I’d…
