I’ve been living in Croatia for six years, and I had no idea just how delightful this part of Istria is. I have been visiting Istria since 2008, and each time I go I discover more reasons to go back.

I spent a week in Istria with the ShareIstria team and proclaimed it to be my favorite part of Croatia – and had my dalmatian readers annoyed by such a claim given I live in Dalmatia. But in all my travels, I had never been to the Northwest – well, not more so than just driving through.
