14 Days in Costa Rica Itinerary: Tamarindo, Monteverde, Bijagua, Rincon

Are you visiting Costa Rica for a return trip and need ideas for where to go? This is a great 2 week Costa Rica itinerary for repeat travelers, visiting a few places that are not quite as touristic and are ideal for those who are already familiar with the country. I put together this itinerary for my parents who came to visit us recently for the 3rd time.

We’ve already taken them to Arenal and Playas del Coco so we wanted to take them to a mix of touristy and non-touristy destinations. We included Playa Tamarindo since it’s the current town we’re living in and then went to the rain forest, cloud forest and dry forest for hiking, bird watching and adventure.
