I wasn’t expecting to take advantage of the United Club Cleveland (CLE), but I brought 2 of my 5,000 United Club day pass cards (slight exaggeration) just in case I needed them. We spent most of our waiting time at the Airspace Lounge Cleveland but the decision to bring those day passes turned out to be quite fortuitous, as our flight from Cleveland was delayed due to mechanical issues

Not only did we visit the United Club Cleveland to just hang out / use wi-fi / eat snacks, we were also able to get superb service from the lounge attendants in helping to rebook our flight / make sure we got to where we needed to go when we needed to get there.
