Time Out Market: 6 Stalls to Visit at Mercado da Ribeira in Lisbon, Portugal

Lisbon was the last stop on our 5-week trip through Europe. It was the stop I was most excited about, mainly for three reasons – Sintra, Ponto Final, and Time Out Market. Time Out Market is this wonderful little food hall located in the historic Mercado da Ribeira in Cais do Sodre.

We enjoyed this food hall so much we wound up going back three times on our trip. Popular amongst locals and tourists alike, it’s a must-visit for every first-time traveler to the city. Housed under this landmark’s roof are over two dozen restaurant stalls representing some of the top chefs in the country. If you travel for food like we do, then you’re going to love what this place has to offer.
