The Lisbon Priority Pass Blue Lounge is located near Gates 7-13. I was not entirely sure where that was, but there are plentiful signs in the airport for Gates 7-13 (usually as a group). So I just followed those signs and it was easy to find the Lisbon Priority Pass Blue Lounge location
