Spain has generally been the cheapest destination in Europe for flights from the USA this year, and summer is no exception. In particular, Madrid is now showing near “off-season” pricing in July for some flights from major airports across the country. American Airlines and her partners are offering most of these discounts, though United and Delta are matching in some cases; Boston has the best options (see below).
