An Amazon Prime Air 767 operated by Atlas Air crashed yesterday, February 23, 2019 into a bay short of their destination of Houston, near Anahuac, Texas. The plane had been in the air for just over 2 hours, en route from Miami. The FAA has stated that there were three crew aboard.

It is odd that the pilot and crew did not make a distress call. The aircraft made a very steep descent according to the flight tracker, falling 3,500 feet in 30 seconds. The National Transportation Safety Board will obviously be investigating the…
