If you’re tired of winter, you’re probably dreaming of music in the sunshine right about now. And few places are better for that than Palm Springs, the playground of “Old Hollywood” just up the road from the Coachella music festival. Flights from wintry cities to Palm Springs are on sale across the Midwest and Northeast, mostly through American Airlines but with a few competitors as well. Dates are available in March and April, including many surrounding this year’s festival. Minimum stays are as short as 2 days, but the best fares near the festival are generally 7-day turnarounds. Numerous cities have sale prices, including:
