St. Maarten, the little Caribbean island with the big airport, has been recovering at full speed since Hurricane Irma tore through in 2017. Now, 18 months later, the airport buildings are back open, the resorts are operating, and plane spotting is back (if slightly more distant than before). Most importantly, deals on those flights have returned, including direct flights from several major US cities.
