A Cathay Pacific crew member has accused the Hong Kong flag carrier of sending her luggage and that of some of her coworkers to a garbage dump. The luggage was left overnight in a storage room, something that had previously been done with no issue. However, Cathay Pacific issued a memo on December 31 stating that the storage room needed to be kept tidy and only temporary storage of items was appropriate. Temporary in this case meaning not overnight. The airline stated they would dispose of any items left it the room.

Well…this new policy came as a complete surprise to more than one of the airline’s staff who apparently missed the internal memo. One crew member has stated that her missing bag contained her…
