Per an email news release, Hawaiian Airlines is launching one new daily route and adding several more seasonal flights to their summer 2018 schedule. Most of these are to west coast cities, but their service to Tokyo is also seeing an expansion.
The one new daily route is between San Diego (SAN) and Maui (OGG). The route will be serviced by a new A321neo aircraft starting May 1, 2018.
The additional seasonal summer service will also utilize the new Airbus aircraft, if I’m reading the news release correctly. The routes include San Francisco to Honolulu and Oakland to Kona.
Hawaiian is moving its wide-body A330 aircraft to supplement their existing LAX-OGG and HNL-NRT service during the summer as well. These aircraft…
