I have written several times about the IHG Accelerate promotion, which is a promotion that IHG runs every quarter. Each quarter, every IHG member gets a targeted offer giving out points for stays. I wrote about the Q4 2017 offers when they came out back in August, but it appears my requirements have changed?
This was the offer that I originally got (as mentioned in the original post)
My wife had the exact same offer, and I realized that I could get 6,500 bonus points with one stay in September, but I figured it wasn’t really worth it for 4 more nights to get the remaining bonus nights. If I had upcoming stays where I needed a hotel that would be one thing but I don’t think mattress running this makes sense….
