For 2 more days only, Choice is offering 40% more when you buy points, when you buy a minimum of 5,000 points. The promotion will run until 11:59 pm on September 5th, 2017 (Tuesday).  The cost per point runs you about 0.78 cents per point, which is not a spectacular deal but much better than the regular rate of 1.10 cents per point.

Is This a Good Deal? Choice allows you to purchase a maximum of 50,000 points each year, you will receive a total of 70,000 points at a cost of $700, or 0.78 cents per point.

This 40% bonus promotion is definitely worthwhile if you need a few more Choice points to top-off your account for an award stay, but I would not…
