Virgin America schedules are currently open through end of April 2018, and it has been that way for quite a while now. I have been wondering when the schedule will be extended beyond April, as I am interested in a couple of flights from SFO next summer. Well, wonder no more, Virgin America flights now have Alaska numbers and are bookable on Alaska Airlines website through end of schedule, currently September 2018!
Below is an example of schedules for nonstop services from SFO to New York area airports. All these flights were Virgin America routes.
The seat map of flight 1026 confirms that it is operated on Airbus series, which Alaska acquired through the acquisition of Virgin America.
